Package delivery

Prices of items vary depending on the courier chosen and the country.

The delivery is done by courier service agency with door-to-door service in the gift objects and by transport company specializing in furniture for the rest, being delivered to home including assembly if necessary. In no case the operators will proceed to perform any additional work to the assembly of the furniture (for example hanging pictures or mirrors, disassembly of furniture or its removal, etc).

If you need your order to arrive on a specific date (eg birthday ...) tell us when you complete your order in the 'Comments' section.

The transport price of the items purchased includes the delivery of these to the delivery address chosen by the customer in the purchase process. It is the client's responsibility to verify that access to the specified address is suitable to perform this service under normal conditions. If, due to the dimensions of the product (s) acquired, it is impossible to get these items to that address (for example, a sofa that does not fit in the elevator or by the stairs), neither the transport company nor the Merchant of Venice They will be responsible for the expenses that arise from the delivery at the address chosen by other means (for example: use of cranes or lifting platforms).


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, has a period of 15 days from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996 of 15 January Retail Trade amended by Law 47/2002 of 19 December.).

In the event that the reason for the return is because the product is defective remitted, the cost of return will be free.

If the reason was another (wrongly chosen size or color) the costs and risks of return are borne by the buyer will have to reach the sender by courier (not regular mail) the product reason such return.

In your admin panel will be indicated the address where to get the product.

It is very important that you return us / products exchange or return perfectly packaged, and preserving as far as possible the original packaging.

If the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we not admit the return.

Once we receive the merchandise, and check that all the above conditions are met, we will manage the money back within 30 days.
